Under the direction of the Customer Service Operator Supervisor, the Customer Service Operator operates an intelligent telephone console system to provide communication services for the hospital. These services include: processing in-coming, out-going, and inter-facility calls, providing answering services for subscribed physicians and health facilities, and performing various hospital communications duties and projects. Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2 pm to 10 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday 10 pm to 6 am.
