We're looking for a Communications Strategist to join the Customer Care Communications team. This role will be responsible for developing innovative strategic recommendations that effectively engage and activate target customer markets on operational communications. Here are some examples of what you'll be doing: Develop internal and external communication strategies for complex operational initiatives Collaborate with business partners to develop strategic communication plans that include, timing, tactics and key messages for multiple audiences (internal, advisor, TPA, plans sponsor, participant) Influence leaders and decision makers to gain strategic commitment Cultivate a deep understanding and application of market research, competitive trends, dynamics and regulations Track, analyze and communicate results Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives.
