Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of related experience in strategy, communications, media or a related discipline
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Foundational understanding of paid, earned and owned channel roles
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functional teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with the associate director of communications strategy to translate brand, business and marketing objectives into clear communication strategies
• Contribute to integrated channel plans and content frameworks that inform tactical planning and activation across traditional and digital channels
• Help craft communications frameworks, customer journeys and define the role of channel and content strategy
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure communications effectiveness and apply insights to future planning
• Work closely with media leads to ensure a strong strategic through line from communications strategy into channel planning and execution
• Express genuine curiosity about clients' businesses, industries and growth opportunities, championing the work internally and externally
