The Communication Specialist will provide telephone assistance to team members, patients, physicians and the general public in a timely and professional manner. They will be the keeper of the physician call schedules, out of hospital personnel lists, administrative call lists, and all miscellaneous lists used to contact people or services needed by Hospital personnel. This position will also respond to all emergent calls quickly and efficiently, following outlined protocol to page.
