Crest Operations is seeking a Communications Specialist to support communication initiatives to drive business, culture, and brand objectives throughout Crest Industries. This position will collaborate with team members across Crest and our business units to tell our story by developing content and deploying it across multiple platforms. This is a multifaceted role that impacts our organization's success: approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to internal communications and employee engagement and 50% to external communication and branding. This role will focus on strengthening communications quality and consistency and increasing engagement across key channels. You are a proactive communicator with strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling. You excel at translating complex information into clear, compelling content and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring creativity, initiative, and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams. You’re flexible, resourceful, and committed to supporting a wide range of communications needs while contributing to a positive and engaged organizational culture.
