We are looking for a Communication Specialist to manage both internal and external communications for the organization including employee communications and with the company intranet.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the communications field.
  • Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to various levels in the organization.
  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company strategy and structure for both internal and external communications.
  • Implement strategic communication plans and recommendations to support organization goals.
  • Design and deliver change activities including communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to drive proactive media relations efforts.
  • Creating compelling content materials to deliver communications in support of change initiatives.
  • Keep current with emerging transformation and communication trends and share best practices with the team.
  • Participates in assigned projects and develops, recommends and executes appropriate communications strategies.
