The Communications Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing Firstupâs internal communications and customer community strategy. This role owns the planning, creation, and execution of high-impact communications that engage employees and customers, advance key initiatives, and strengthen connection to the Firstup brand. The Communications Specialist manages daily platform operations, while identifying opportunities to elevate our content strategy. They bring forward ideas for content strategy, translate business priorities into compelling narratives, and use data insights to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
