The Communications Lead plays a key role in supporting organizational change by developing and delivering clear, consistent, and strategic communications for both internal and external audiences. This role partners closely with the Change Management team, project leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into engaging, audience appropriate messaging. The Communications Lead oversees communication planning, content creation, and channel strategy to ensure employees, partners, and external stakeholders understand upcoming changes, their impacts, and the actions required. They also monitor communication effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve clarity and engagement, and help maintain alignment across all touchpoints throughout the change lifecycle. As a member of the Organizational Change Management team, the Communications Lead reports to the Change Manager Lead and serves as a partner to OpCo communications teams and executive leadership (VP and above), providing support, feedback, and guidance on key communication initiatives.
