About The Position

As the Communications Lead for PacSci, you will lead both internal (80%) and external communications (20%) to strengthen employee engagement, elevate the PacSci brand, and support business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that connect employees to purpose, amplify leadership priorities, and promote PacSci’s innovation and impact across the aerospace and defense sectors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy tailored to a manufacturing environment where 65% of employee population is “unwired.
  • Develop and execute a unified communications strategy that supports PacSci’s business goals and aligns with Ralliant’s broader communications framework.
  • Lead internal communications that engage employees, reinforce culture, and support change initiatives.
  • Drive external communications including media relations, thought leadership, and brand storytelling.
  • Own PacSci’s social media presence—developing content, managing publishing cadence, and growing engagement across platforms to showcase innovation, talent, and impact.
  • Partner with PacSci leadership to develop leadership communication personas including tone, voice, and message style—to bring consistency and authenticity to how leaders communicate across the site and executive communications.
  • Create and manage content across multiple channels including intranet, email, social media, on-site communication channels, including billboards, digital signage, print materials, visual displays, and verbal communication processes.
  • Support leadership visibility through events, speaking opportunities, and digital platforms.
  • Track and report on communications effectiveness using analytics and feedback to continuously improve impact.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Ralliant’s central Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment.
