About The Position

STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Communications Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months and can work full-time.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction management industry.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the company website.
  • Support the coordination of media outreach efforts, including drafting press releases and coordinating interviews.
  • Help develop and distribute internal communications materials, such as newsletters, memos, and updates.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, both internal and external, including webinars, conferences, and community outreach activities.
  • Monitor and update the company's social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create and edit visual content for various communications materials using graphic design software.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and competitive analysis to support communication strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the communications team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and team objectives.
