About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. Requirements

• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Interest in communications, PR, branding, and event planning
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications efforts, including drafting employee messages and intranet content
• Assist with public relations tasks such as media monitoring and press material development
• Help coordinate logistics and communications for employee events
• Contribute to brand campaign execution through writing, editing, social media support and creative input
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging
