SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Communications Integration Lead to support an opportunity at WPAFB, OH. Section A lead integrator between the events team and communications specialists plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and alignment between the two teams and across the Strategic Communications organization and AFWERX, ensuring that teams collaborate efficiently toward shared organizational goals. The primary focus is to integrate the strategic planning and execution of programs with the tactical execution of events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, business administration, project management, hospitality management, marketing or communications or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in event management, program management, or integration roles.
  • Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Preference Master’s degree in, business administration (MBA), organizational management, strategic management or advanced event management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple moving parts.
  • Proven track record of leading complex events, such as conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or large-scale programs.
  • Experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in complex, multi-phase initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Familiarity with the full event lifecycle (from planning to execution and post-event analysis).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between the events team and strategic communications strategists to ensure alignment of goals, messaging, and responsibilities.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings to track progress, share updates, and address challenges across teams.
  • Ensure event planning, messaging, and execution align with broader program objectives, branding, and strategic communications priorities.
  • Coordinate timelines with key program milestones and monitor progress to ensure event deliverables and program tasks remain on schedule.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource challenges, or potential delays to maintain effective program and event integration.
  • Support post-event evaluation by gathering feedback and performance data, sharing insights with stakeholders and leadership to inform future planning.
