About The Position

As our Integration Lead , you'll own the strategy and execution of connecting Salary.com's products with our clients' HR systems (HRIS, payroll, ATS, etc.). You will work cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, Development , Professional Services and Client Success to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable integrations that deliver rapid time-to-value. This position will make an immediate impact on how organizations worldwide connect to and leverage Salary.com's compensation intelligence . It will help shape the integration roadmap and scale a critical function. This position is located out of our Headquarters office located out of Waltham, MA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementation, or related roles within a SaaS or HR technology company.
  • Proven track record mana ging complex, high-impact client integrations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SFTP, data formats (CSV, JSON, XML), and HRIS/HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG, etc.).
  • Exceptional project mana gement and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commitment to data security, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Integration Function: Oversee all client integrations with Salary.com products, from initial scoping through go-live and ongoing support.
  • Develop Integration Strategy & Standards: Create reusable integration templates, playbooks, and best practices to scale client onboarding.
  • Mana ge Projects & Timelines: Coordinate resources, set milestones, and mana ge risks across multiple concurrent integrations.
  • Act as Technical Liaison: Partner with client technical teams and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Sales Support: Provide support for DaaS sales and partnerships
  • Ensure Data Quality & Compliance: Safeguard the integrity and security of sensitive compensation data in line with privacy and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Monitor & Improve: Track integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement with Product and Engineering.
