The Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) and the ELM Action Fund (ELM AF) are committed to advocating for policy and building political power in Massachusetts to meet the scale and urgency of our environmental challenges . ELM seeks a student fellow with strong communication , social media, and design skills, an attention to detail, and an interest in building a career in environmental and/or nonprofit communications. This role will play a critical part in launching and growing the ELM Action Fund’s Instagram, helping to establish a strong visual and storytelling presence from the ground up. The Communications Fellowship will run from early June through mid-November, with flexible start and end dates. Applications are due by April 24, 2026 . This position will report to Bianca Pokrzywa, Digital Media Manager, and be a part of the Communications Team led by Leigh Chandler, Communications Director. Additional tasks may be assigned by other staff members related to events, development, partnerships, data management, and more.
