The Communications Coordinator (similar to a Communications Specialist) is the ideal team-oriented professional and will develop and implement communications and brand strategies that support the broad, collaborative community-building initiatives of Cohere as well as the community. The Communications Coordinator will assist in the development of community building efforts through communication avenues that result in resident engagement that is meaningful, authentic and collaborative. By bringing residents, neighbors, non-profits, and others together, the coordinator fosters a rich expression of community life and builds the framework for a sustainable legacy for the Mariposa community. The Communications Coordinator is a new, fast-paced, position in the association management industry with ample opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate is tech savvy and finds gratification drafting creative resident-centric messaging with high-level attention to detail in disseminating critical information in a high-volume, multifaceted and non-routine environment.
