About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and communication tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies and plans in collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams.
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company news and initiatives.
Manage the organization’s social media channels to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
Support media relations efforts by preparing media kits, responding to inquiries, and facilitating interviews.
