Position Summary As a Call Center Specialist, you will serve as the facility contact for handling Facilities Service, Custodial, and maintenance-related calls. You’ll support and respond to customer needs in airport terminals, hangars, and support facilities. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, listening to customer needs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
