About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Event Management (or relevant experience)

- Comfortable working on-site at events and handling logistics coordination

Responsibilities
- Support event planning, coordination, and execution for live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Manage on-site event communications with staff, vendors, and event attendees
- Assist with event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and operations
- Prepare event materials and marketing collateral, such as signage, presentations, and attendee guides
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment across teams
- Maintain event documentation, reporting, and performance tracking (attendance, engagement, ROI)
- Provide customer-facing support to enhance attendee experience and brand interaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event marketing strategies and campaign execution
