About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level Marketing Communications Assistant to join our energetic event marketing team. In this position, you’ll assist in promoting events, creating compelling content, and engaging with our audience—helping us deliver memorable experiences for every client.
Your Role:
As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you’ll gain practical experience supporting marketing initiatives and event promotion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
• Experience or interest in event marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and implement marketing communications campaigns for events.
• Work closely with the design team to develop visually engaging marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing channels.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
• Assist with organizing and executing marketing events to increase brand visibility.
• Provide general administrative support for the marketing department as needed.
