Reynolds Community College, one of the largest community colleges in Virginia, serves the Greater Richmond region through accessible, high-quality academic and workforce programs. The Communications and Public Relations Manager plays a key role in promoting awareness of the College's programs, people, and community impact. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and managing strategic communications and public relations activities to inform, engage, and inspire internal and external audiences. The Manager supports media relations, internal communications, crisis communication response, and community engagement efforts in close coordination with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
