Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, and indirectly to the VP of People and Culture of Americas Development and Construction business. You’ll act as a business partner to senior stakeholders in our Americas business and collaborate closely with the global communications and marketing team to provide strategic communications and marketing support for our development and construction activities in the US and Canada. You will influence and support internal communications, employee engagement, and media and corporate communications across the business unit. Partnering with members of the global communications and marketing team, you’ll shape and deliver integrated communications that support business growth, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning across the region. The role will be part of the global communications and marketing leadership team. This role will be hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in office.
