The Communications & Lifestyle Coordinator is a key member of the Cohere Community Life Team, responsible for fostering meaningful connections, enhancing resident engagement, and supporting a vibrant, lifestyle-driven community experience. This role contributes to a strong sense of belonging by delivering exceptional communication strategies, resident programs, and engaging experiences. The coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and distributing clear, engaging, and accurate written and digital communications to keep residents informed, connected, and engaged. Additionally, this position actively supports the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of community events, ensuring a high-quality resident experience. A strong presence within the community is required, including attending and supporting events, engaging with residents, vendors, and stakeholders, and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment that reflects Cohere's unique lifestyle and service standards. The role supports Cohere's values, vision, and philosophies, consistently delivering high levels of service, professionalism, and satisfaction to residents and community stakeholders.
