Under minimal supervision plans, develops, implements and evaluates effective large communication efforts including strategy development, content determination, research, writing, editing and validation. Essential Functions Provide critical communications support to multiple teams related to strategic messaging to contracted service providers and couriers. This includes key business relationships with teams like Service Provider Solutions, First & Last Mile Engineering, Safety, and Customer Experience. The position will help enhance new and existing channels (from websites and scanners to in-person forums and newsletters) used to communicate with these on-road businesses and team members that serve as the most immediate representation of the FedEx brand to customers.
