Job Summary: This position supports Acentra Health's Beneficiary and Family Centered Care - Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) and other national initiatives by representing the program at the federal level, particularly with CMS leadership at headquarters. This position serves as a key liaison between Acentra Health, CMS, and other national stakeholders - communicating program outcomes, elevating emerging issues, and ensuring strong alignment between operational execution and CMS priorities. The role requires a balance of strategic communication, professional engagement, and policy awareness rather than day-to-day communications management.
