A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: The Communications Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Communications team. This role assists with coordinating communications projects, managing schedules and deadlines, maintaining content calendars, and supporting the creation and distribution of internal communications. Responsibilities include copyediting, assisting with billing, reviewing project drafts, managing inventory, coordinating approvals, communicating with vendors, maintaining databases, and providing logistical support for campaigns, events, and Club initiatives. The Communications Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness while helping maintain the Club's brand voice and standards.
