Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging content that aligns with brand goals.
  • Proficiency in SEO practices to enhance content visibility and performance.
  • Proficient in change management with a strong understanding of the ADKAR process.
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Communication Specialist, or in a similar communications role.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional capability to leverage data-driven insights for evaluating content effectiveness and guiding strategic decisions.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.

  • Develop informative and engaging content across multiple channels, focusing on meeting the needs of our audience and driving engagement.
  • Organize and manage the overall structure of content within our resource center, ensuring it is easily navigable and accessible to users.
  • Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand presence.
  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from planning and creation to delivery and governance, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough audits of existing content, analyze performance metrics, and utilize insights to guide future content strategy and optimization.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content while maintaining adherence to content style guides for consistent branding.
  • Stay informed about market trends and target audience behaviors to inform content direction and adaptation of strategies.
