About the Role: As the Communication Manager for Quotient Inside, you help build, develop, and implement an internal communications and adoption strategy and for the program, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative for Oliver Wyman’s AI transformation. This role goes beyond broadcasting updates; it focuses on reinforcing priorities, driving engagement, and supporting adoption. You will be part of our global Internal Communications with the majority of time focused on Quotient Inside working closely with the Quotient Inside Project Management Office, Product and Activation teams, and regional stakeholders to align messaging, timing, and audience targeting. You will also contribute to the Internal Communications team as an active part of the team, collaborating with other members to achieve the team’s goals and contributing to the culture. On a typical day, you might help shape a leadership message, so it lands clearly across regions, refine communications to reflect shifting priorities, or align multiple teams around a single, coherent narrative. This role offers the chance to work at the center of a high-profile, fast-evolving AI transformation, with real influence over tone, framing, and sequencing, and visibility into how communications drive behavior changes at scale.
