Marketing Content Support Draft basic marketing materials including email copy, website content, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional messaging Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and brand consistency Assist in maintaining content templates and style guides Consumer & Customer Communications Draft responses to consumer letters, complaints, inquiries, and feedback Ensure messaging reflects company tone, compliance standards, and customer service expectations Maintain response templates and support continuous improvement of communication workflows Draft responses and track timelines for Right to Know request responses Contract & Proposal Support Draft basic contract language using approved templates Assist in preparing and formatting Request for Proposals (RFPs) Review documents for consistency, completeness, and formatting standards Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to ensure timely submission Policy & Procedure Documentation Assist in drafting and updating internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Organize and format documentation for clarity and accessibility Track revisions and maintain version control Support cross-department collaboration to ensure documentation accuracy Administrative & Documentation Support Maintain document libraries and file organization Ensure compliance with document retention and formatting standards Support process documentation initiatives across departments

Responsibilities
