Viya Health seeks to establish a pool of qualified communications and content consultants who will be engaged through Indefinite Quantity Consultant Agreements. Selected consultants may receive task orders to deliver specific communications deliverables as organizational needs arise. Task Orders will align to one or more of the scopes of work below depending on Consultant’s expertise. Preference will be given to those candidates that have expertise across multiple scopes of work. For all scopes of work listed above, the specific engagement details would be outlined in the Task Order (full scope of work, deliverables, timeline, compensation, etc).

Requirements

  • Native English speaker
  • Proven experience producing high-quality written content for professional or investor-facing audiences, writing samples required
  • Strong command of LinkedIn as a corporate communications platform, including content formats, algorithm behavior, and B2B audience engagement and paid media management
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tool (required) for producing on-brand visual assets
  • Demonstrated ability to mine large volumes of existing organizational materials — reports, data, presentations, field stories — and extract compelling, publication-ready external content
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder approval workflows and content production processes across distributed teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around documentation, IP compliance, and claims sourcing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining clear communication with the reporting manager

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe or Figma proficiency a plus
  • Familiarity with global health, international development, impact investing, or women's health sectors — direct experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort working across time zones with in-market teams in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia
  • Experience with conference abstract submissions, event collateral, or events coordination a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drafting LinkedIn posts based on approved content briefs
  • Creating simple visual assets (graphics, carousels, quote cards) using tools such as Canva
  • Coordinating internal review and approval processes
  • Scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
  • Adapting internal reports, research, and presentations into external communications content
  • Monitoring comments and audience engagement on posts
  • Engaging with relevant sector accounts and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to amplify third-party content
  • Tracking engagement activity and insights
  • Investor updates and progress summaries
  • Thought leadership articles or LinkedIn articles
  • Research-based briefs or white papers derived from existing organizational materials
  • Coordinating video production logistics
  • Preparing briefing notes and talking points for speakers
  • Drafting captions and contextual text for LinkedIn video posts
  • Tracking relevant conferences and submission deadlines
  • Supporting abstract and speaker submissions
  • Preparing conference communications materials
  • Drafting pre- and post-event content
  • Consultants may support additional organizational needs and activities. Scope of work, activities, and deliverables to be defined in the Task Order.
