Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in communications, brand marketing, corporate communications, or related roles
  • Proven ability to create content across web, social, presentations, email, and campaigns
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing, preferably within technology, engineering, or software environments
  • Exceptional command of narrative structure, clarity, and brand voice
  • Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into compelling communication
  • Aligns communications initiatives with business objectives
  • Works effectively with leadership and cross‑functional partners
  • Manages multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across web, social, email, paid media, events, and sales materials
  • Create, edit, and refine high‑quality content such as announcements, case studies, value propositions, and campaign messaging
  • Support PR and thought‑leadership initiatives including press releases, partner communications, and executive statements
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure unified storytelling and tone across all customer‑facing channels
  • Draft internal announcements, leadership updates, and employee‑facing communications
  • Coordinate messaging for major initiatives, organizational changes, and culture programs
  • Support executive presentations, all‑hands materials, and strategic leadership communications
  • Manage and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand usage questions, templates, and assets
  • Audit marketing and sales materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
  • Partner with design resources to maintain visual and verbal brand integrity
  • Establish editorial guidelines covering structure, grammar, clarity, and brand alignment
  • Build and manage content review and approval workflows
  • Maintain a centralized library of messaging frameworks, templates, and brand assets
