You will be responsible for daily direction of site supply chain resources, management of commodities delivered by the site, capacity planning, schedule alignment, and supplier performance. You will report to the WBS-8 Manager and be located in Shoreview, MN. In addition, the role will matrix report to the site leader at the Shoreview facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 8+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in engineered products.
  • Experience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functions.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP preferred).
  • Execution leadership.
  • Supplier development.
  • Escalation management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership to the team of procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers located at the site.
  • Provide direction (matrix relationship) to the on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists-
  • Be the main link between the site and the WBS organization.
  • Be the central connection point between the site's operational needs and the broader WBS supply chain structure.
  • Be the WBS Lead for commodities produced at the site.
  • Capacity planning for all materials and services required to support the site.
  • Lead capacity planning for materials and services required to support the site, including forecasting needs, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing supplier load and capability.
  • Oversee and track supplier on‑time delivery, schedule adherence, production milestones, witness/hold points, inspection readiness, and documentation deliverables to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Represent the site in WBS planning meetings, program reviews, and supply chain readiness assessments.
