Join TAI's expert Commissioning Services team as a Commissioning & Qualification SME and take the lead on large-scale, complex projects within the Life Sciences Industry. This pivotal role requires you to act as the owner's representative, meticulously reviewing design documents and specifications, and personally executing a broad range of commissioning and qualification services, including developing system protocols and performing functional performance testing for critical clean room and lab equipment. Here's a glimpse into your day to day: Ensure all tasks related to task planning and scheduling, design and document reviews, document development, field observations/inspections, witnessing of start-ups and contractor tests, functional performance testing, quality assurance/quality controls, training verification and documentation, final reports, warranty inspections, validation assistance, and conducting commissioning meetings are adequately executed. Review design documents, specifications, equipment submittals and shop drawings for functional capabilities, performance and monitoring capabilities and the ability of the systems to meet the design requirements. Work alone as an owner's representative to ensure means and methods of construction meet the design intent to technical requirements. Interact with installing trade contractors and witness daily construction, start-ups, contractor testing, performance testing, document/track field inspections/observations & deficiencies and related reporting. Prepare commissioning plans, schedules and documents. Provide experience writing equipment/system protocols, pre-functional and functional checklists will be expected. Interact with installing contractors and manage/perform field execution of commissioning documents and generate field reports, punch lists, summary reports and final turnover packages; ETOPS and System Manuals.
