The Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for all sizes and types of projects from design review to functional testing. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome. Requirements

  • 6+ years progressive experience in Commissioning, MEP design and construction administration
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute building commissioning and retro-commissioning plans
  • Commissioning Certification required (ACG CxA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in working with a team of professionals
  • Ability and willingness to travel (more than 50%)
  • Computer hardware/software/network expertise, as appropriate
  • Demonstrated success in marketing and client relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer preferred
  • LEED accreditation preferred
