About The Position

The Good Feet Store is expanding and seeking a compassionate, caring, and results-oriented Commissioned Sales Associate for its new location in Glen Mills, PA. This role is distinct from typical retail positions, focusing on fostering long-term careers and making a meaningful impact on clients' lives by improving their mobility and confidence. The company specializes in selling Arch Support systems and related products tailored to individual client needs. New hires will receive paid training to become certified "Arch Support Specialists," enabling them to assess client needs, educate them on the benefits of proper arch support, and recommend suitable products. The company, Feet First Partners, is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a nationwide franchise dedicated to personalized arch support solutions, with stores across multiple states.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Commission-based or quota-driven experience required
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering professional, respectful, and solution-oriented consultations
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Proven success handling and overcoming pricing objections with professionalism and confidence
  • Genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage in and facilitate role-playing scenarios for training, problem-solving, and skill development purposes
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing defined sales goals
  • Must be able to work weekends and select holidays

Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Educate clients on the benefits of proper arch support
  • Recommend tailored product solutions aligned with individual goals and lifestyle needs
  • Guide clients through product fittings and selection to ensure optimal comfort and fit
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up communication and exceptional service
  • Support daily store operations, including light inventory management and maintaining store presentation
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales performance goals

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly base range: $20-23 per hour
  • Annual compensation includes hourly base plus commission: $60,000–$80,000
