This role is a critical control point in how Employ drives revenue, motivates sellers, and protects financial integrity. As the Commission Manager, you will own the design, governance, and execution of our sales compensation programs, ensuring they align to revenue strategy while remaining fair, scalable, and trusted by the field. Beyond execution, this role brings experienced judgment, spotting trends at the rep and IC level, understanding seller personas, anticipating objections, and rationalizing outcomes that balance company goals with individual performance. Your work directly influences seller behavior, retention, and confidence in our compensation programs. Youâll partner closely with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and HR to translate strategy into compensation mechanics that work in the real world and hold up under scrutiny.
