Talentpoel is hiring a Sales Trainee in Atlanta to support our enrollment and revenue growth across consulting, tutoring, test preparation, and self-study programs. This is a hands-on training role designed for individuals who want real-world experience in sales operations, lead conversion, and client engagement within a fast-growing education startup. As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our sales and operations team to manage leads, support consultations, follow up with prospects, and ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn structured sales processes while earning commission-based income. Successful trainees who consistently meet performance expectations will be upgraded to a paid Associate role at Talentpoel.
