The Commissary Tamale Clerk assists the Production Management team in managing the day-to-day operation of the production needs. Working in an assembly line, performing the production of high amounts of tamales to fulfill the production target. Under the direction of the Production Management, fulfill the production orders for the day and conduct any tasks as assigned throughout the day. Assists production management team in the monitoring and executing all compliance documents as per Company's standards in Personnel and Food Safety, sanitation, and productivity. Ensures picking orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and maintains fulfillment ratios at industry standards or above. Follows strict directive in the execution of his/her hourly schedule and do not deviate unless directed by warehouse management team, Works with QA Director in the implementation of the Food Safety program in the commissary.
