The Plant Manager will oversee daily large volume food production, sanitation, and maintenance activities focusing on efficiency, timely product production flow and resource management. Partner with the Director of Plant Operation to teach, model, and promote modern manufacturing technics with a team of Department Managers, Supervisors, Lead, and production workers. The facility has dedicated USDA production areas preparing a diverse mix of raw preparation, cooking, cooling, and packaging operations for packaged Mexican food products. This position leads by example. Maintains a positive work environment and ensures fair and consistent treatment of all associates. Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern. Set a positive example of the company values and excellent customer service.
