Flour Bakery + Cafe is now hiring for a full-time Production Prep Cook for our commissary kitchen in the Seaport. The Prep cook position requires flexible availability and will report directly to the Savory Production Chefs but will also be given direction from the Production Shift Leads and other Commissary Managers. The main focus of the Production Prep Cook entails completion of the daily production list as written by BK Savory Production Chefs (or BK Savory Production Shift Lead), while prioritizing items based on the timing of delivery loops to specific locations for that day. Prep Cooks are expected to communicate any issues that may create problems with on-time completion of the production like and are expected to assist all co-workers within the Savory department when needed. We are hiring for two positions - one requiring morning availability (5 or 6am start time) and another requiring evening availability (shifts ending at 10pm).
