SUMMARY OF POSITION The Prep Cook / Dishwasher supports daily kitchen and seafood production operations through food preparation, sanitation, dishwashing, and receiving. This role ensures a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while assisting with seafood processing and prep tasks. This is an entry-to-mid level kitchen position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, early mornings, and learning seafood production skills. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires flexibility and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
