As the Commissary Lead, you will ensure the commissary production process for assigned shift(s) is completed and ensuring proper production and quality standards are met. You will be a point of contact and provide training and guidance to the staff under your charge to ensure production assignments are completed. You will also be responsible for set up, operation, and cleaning of production equipment and machinery while living out Coborn's vision, mission, and core values. Additional duties include: Assemble, package, and label fresh food products according to recipes, standards, and health and safety guidelines Fill commissary orders and prepare products for shipping and receiving Coordinate production in accordance with production schedules ensuring all tasks are completed according to standards. Provide training, guidance and direction to the team members and serve as a primary point of contact in absence of management. Set-up, operate and clean production equipment. Provide training on proper use of equipment and ensure equipment runs properly, report malfunctions and safety concerns to manager. Maintain clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, food safety and operation safety requirements.
