About The Position

This position is responsible for preparing and delivering aircraft catering carts/bins and on-board amenities as needed by the airline for all scheduled flights. Duties include preparing aircraft catering carts and/or bins with beverages, ice, liquor, and snacks, driving trucks to the aircraft, delivering stocked catering carts and bins to aircraft, and removing empty carts/bins. The role involves courteous, prompt, accurate, and careful handling of food and goods, including loading and unloading, inventorying supplies, completing necessary reports and forms, and receiving deliveries from vendors. Agents assist with loading and unloading aircraft, clean and service cabin interiors (including cockpit, lavatories, and draining), and interact professionally with airline representatives. Communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues via telephone and/or radio for planning purposes is required, along with providing excellent customer service. The position ensures FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed, enforces safety/security measures, and protects sensitive zones, performing other duties as assigned by the base supervisor.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. for extended periods of time
Ability to read and write English
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Must be available to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays
Must be 18 years or older
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Must have valid Driver's license
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all of our customers

Other duties as assigned by the base supervisor
