The Commis III is responsible for assisting with the preparation of Breakfast, lunch and dinner items and maintaining quality standards. This position functions in various food outlets and pastry will be challenging. This job entails efficient food preparation, product handling and paying attention to detail for the satisfaction of our guests. Also self-motivation and flexibility is the key to one’s personal development. One must also be dedicated to excellence with continued development of Sandy Lane Hotel’s reputation. Experience in the Hotel Industry will be required these vacancies. The successful candidates must consistently maintain the highest standard of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility. They must be well-groomed and enthusiastic and will be required to work flexible hours. They must also be in excellent physical condition to perform extensive walking, bending and stretching and be able to handle pressure calmly and professionally in a busy environment
