Requirements
- Proven experience as a foreman or lead in commercial roofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record as company truck may be provided.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for projects.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
