Requirements
- Strong roofing experience and system knowledge
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel (CA, CO, TX, NV)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing crews (5–10 team members)
- Plan projects using blueprints and job specifications
- Ensure safety, quality, and overall jobsite efficiency
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members
- Protect customer property and surrounding structures
- Communicate with customers throughout projects
