About The Position

Our client is seeking a Commerical Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for developing and leading project scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves actively participating in the capital budgeting process, coordinating with various associates and departments to ensure accurate project planning. The Project Manager will manage assigned facilities design and construction projects, supervising architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives within budget. Projects typically exceed $100,000, and the role requires comprehensive management of scope, schedule, and budget. Key responsibilities also include thorough project documentation and tracking, covering cost control, life safety documentation, as-built documents, building permits, and certificates of occupancy. The position reports to the Director of Construction.

Requirements

An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead project scope, schedule, and budget.
Actively participate in the capital budgeting process for all requests, coordinating between associates and departments to ensure a complete and accurate scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage assigned facilities design and construction projects.
Supervise the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to accomplish project objectives within budget guidelines.
Ensure project documentation and tracking, including cost control, life safety documentation, as-built documents, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
