Strategic context: Commercialization excellence role is part of the new Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC) organization that is focused on defining and maintaining commercialization standards for the organization. It requires cross-functional collaboration to identify and deliver on these best-in-class commercialization standards. This work will be instrumental in shaping commercialization strategies that drive brand growth and performance, ensuring that our commercialization models evolve to meet shifting market demands and achieve sustainable success in an increasingly complex environment. This role will directly report to the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities Head.
