About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the handling and packaging of materials and parts for shipping, receiving of incoming materials for distribution, and providing the proper documentation for shipping and receiving. He or she will stage both internal and external orders for pickup, delivery and/or installation. Additionally, this role will require one to fill orders from multiple different departments and stock items that are needed to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and smoothly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
Highly professional and dependable
Able to follow spoken and written instructions
Basic computer and internet skills
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

Nice To Haves

One year of relevant experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

Stages internal and external orders for pickup, delivery or installation
Ensures packing slip is accompanied with each delivery and obtains packing slip if unavailable
Fills in as delivery driver as needed
Fill orders from multiple departments and locations
Stocks items needed to keep operations running smoothly
Receives deliveries and stock and verify accuracy of the delivery against invoice
Ensure that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
Follows all safety policies and procedures
Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
Perform other duties as assigned including parts delivery
