This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses across industries including commercial operations, fleet management, rental companies, construction, landscaping, excavating, and more. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or commercial sales, a proven ability to meet/exceed goals, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver Ford Pro / Ram BusinessLink program benefits
  • Track enrollments, sales, and ensure accurate NVDR/sale reporting
  • Spend ≥50% of time in the field: prospecting, enrolling clients, collecting fleet data (replacement timelines, mileage, needs)
  • Organize and attend industry events (trade shows, contractor expos, construction/landscaping events)
  • Demonstrate upfit/demo vehicles at customer job sites
  • Assist with commercial lines of credit and efficient finance processes
  • Stay proficient in lease/finance options, payment structures, and database management
