About the Role This trainee role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to learn all aspects of the commercial sales process. You’ll receive hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, quoting, and account development, while being mentored by experienced professionals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Shadow senior sales professionals to understand the complete sales cycle
Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
Support customer appointments, vehicle walk-throughs, and test drives
Gain a working knowledge of inventory, specifications, pricing structures, and financing options
Use dealership CRM and other sales systems (training provided)
Provide responsive and professional communication with new and existing customers
Participate in team sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions
